We are a private family-owned high-end boutique matchmaking firm with a global reach, modern mindset and a nostalgic heart. Club 1942 was founded with the aim of giving busy, HNW gentlemen a truly worthwhile dating experience, and since 1998 we've been introducing the most discerning men to the most sensational women; and are (secretly) responsible for some of the world's happiest couples.

We travel far and wide and work with gentlemen throughout London, the UK and internationally.

For busy gentlemen of a certain calibre, dating 42-style is designed to be an elegant and enriching experience; one that should compliment your already full life, without complicating it.​

If we accept your commission, it means we're confident you will enjoy a world-class dating experience where the Founders have your back and best interests at heart, and you only meet your definition of 'sensational'. And whilst sharing a home and building a life and family is still the goal for many, some men don’t want children (or any more). Or they want to be be committed without co-habiting. Or they just want to date and see what happens. We don't measure our success on the number of weddings and babies, but on how well we deliver on the experience, and our support of each man's unique definition of happiness.​

• Chance Encounter With everyone focused on their screens, opportunities are increasingly rare, but also increasingly hazardous: she may not be straight, she may have a financial agenda, or take offence/misinterpret the approach. • Workplace Romance When you're at the top of your game it’s often seriously frowned upon; and can get horribly messy if things don’t work out. • Apps All those profile questions, swiping, and interacting - before there’s even a first date. Then there's the women who aren't on your wavelength, don't seem interested in dating, don't match their photo etc. Lastly, there's the risk of a data breach, and/or the embarrassment of colleagues, fans or employees seeing your profile (63% have seen the profile of someone they know.
